As a Moody Blues fan, it was great to see the band have such a resurgence in the eighties. When The Present came out, some of the old-time Moody's fans turned on the band for "selling out", "too commercial" etc. Personally, I thought it was a great album and I enjoyed this tour a lot. I saw them a few times that year, but this was my favorite show of the dates that I saw, an outdoor show at Boston Common in July of 1984. It was a perfect night, the crowd was amazing, and the Moody's were spectacular.
