Like most people, I first heard Blondie back when Parallel Lines was released and to this day it's one of my all time favorite albums. They're still one of my favorite bands. I had a Debbie Harry poster on my wall when I was a teenager for whatever that is worth. But I never got to see Blondie while they were in their prime, but I did get to see them in 2019 when they were tourinig with Elvis Costello and in spite of the advanced years they were still magnificent. It wasn't the full original band, but I was glad to finally see Debbie Harry live and let me tell you, she hasn't lost a thing even after all these years. She's a rock legend for a reason.
