I haven't been all over the world or all over the USA for that matter, but I'd still put the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton Massachusetts up against any venue in America if you're looking for an amazing place to see a show. In spite of its small size (seating only 200), they continue to host amazing shows year after year. In 1989, Cowboy Junkies played their first of many appearances at Iron Horse, it was my first Cowboy Junkies show and to this day, one of my all time favorites. Seeing a great band in a great venue...doesn't get much better than that.
